Pick-up Schedule

With School schedules being uncertain this year we are still here to help the students of West Carrollton Schools Pre-K – 12th Grade. This will be conducted very differently than in years past. This will be a no contact pick up so no need to get out of your car. You will drive up and let us know the students name and how many pack pick ups you signed up for.. we will bring to your window or drop off in your trunk, address will be BEHIND the Payne Recreation Center

Pirate Packs will start having Pack Pick ups at our Warehouse every 2 weeks on Thursday Evening 6:00 pm -8:00 pm or Saturday morning 10:00 am- 12:00 am. Your pack will have 2 Weeks worth of food in your bags.
If you are interested in coming to pick up a pack for your child(ren) please send an email to piratepackevents@gmail.com

The reason we are asking for your phone is we may need to contact you for bad weather or updates for pick ups dates.
Right now due to COVID-19 we are unable to take any groups in at the moment to help with the packing – but we could use donations of food items – If you would like to set up a food drive or just want to drop off items at the Warehouse to help the Pirate Packs out we have certain items we could use help getting. Please contact us thru the facebook page or you can email Anita or Jen at www.piratepackevents@gmail.com. We would love to have your help.
If you know students in need and they are not on the Pirate Pack page please forward this information to them so they may get the help they need for the students.
